We do not offer short term leases or furnished accommodations.

Yes. All of our communities’ welcome pets! Please speak to your site office directly about specific details.
HOW CAN I APPLY?
Contact the building you would like to apply to directly by phone or email and they will provide you with all necessary paperwork and information.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT OR APPLICATION FEES?
Yes, a deposit, last month’s rent or an application fee is required depending on the province of residence.
DO I NEED INSURANCE?
Yes, resident insurance is required. Your site office can direct you to affordable resident insurance options.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION?
To submit an application, you are required to provide Photo ID, proof of income and payment of application fees, deposit or last month’s rent depending on provincial guidelines. There may be additional requirements depending on the location you are applying to rent.
HOW DO I PICK UP MY KEYS?
Please arrange a date and time to pick up your keys with your site office.
HOW DO I BOOK AN ELEVATOR FOR MOVING IN OR OUT?
Contact your site office to book an elevator as soon as you have set your move in or move out date and time. Your site office requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
WHAT IF I NEED TO BREAK MY LEASE?
Please speak with your site office directly about what options may be available to you in terms of a sublet or lease assignment.
HOW DO I PAY RENT ONLINE?
We offer online rent payment through Rent Café. To login click here. We also accept cheques or certified funds.
WHAT IF I LOST MY FOB, LAUNDRY CARD, OR KEY?
During office hours please speak to your site office to replace the item you have lost. If it is outside of office hours and you are locked out, please call our emergency number. An after-hours charge will apply.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A WORK ORDER?
Please reach out to your site office in person or by email to outline the work that needs to be completed in your apartment.
